My Lovely has a built-in Free Trial license, which commences from the moment the software is installed for first time on a particular computer and expires after 30 days.
To continue using My Lovely after the Free Trial license has expired, one needs to supply a valid license (identifier) to the software. The process of supplying a valid
license (identifier) to the software is called Software Activation. In the process of activation the software creates an association between the signature of the machine
and the supplied license (identifier). The signature of the computer is a hash (just a long number) created from the identifiers of some of its hardware components and
other similar non-traceable bits of information. The license identifier is a 32 character-long string of letters and numbers which represents (identifies) the license,
e.g. 1V-2I72Y-1N6L6-R1W3U-3S1UW-58296-X6ORE. Before removing My Lovely from a computer on which it is currently activated,
one must first deactivate it so that the license can be used to activate the software on another machine.

To obtain a license, one needs to first create a free user account on the MBBSoftware website. This requirement is imposed in order to help the user to recover
their license in case they lose access to a computer where the license has been activated and are therefore unable to deactivate it for use on another machine. Having a user
account is also helpful if the license identifier has become known to a third party who uses it to activate the software on their own computers without the consent of the license
owner. To create a user account please navigate to Login page and follow the instructions.After you have created and activated
your user account, you can log in to the MBBSoftware website using your credentials and navigate to the MBBSoftware Secure
Store to obtain licenses. Once you own a license or licenses, you can:
- Activate My Lovely.
- Deactivate My Lovely.

| Commercial Software Edition and Commercial Licensing |
Commercial users (licensees) of My Lovely are typically, but not limited to, artists, photographers, fashion designers, art galleries, and other such creative entities who use My Lovely
by giving it to their clients who are then able to see their work, photographs, collections, etc at anytime while using their computer for other purposes. While the personal edition
software could be used for commercial purposes, provided that the required licenses have been obtained, typically commercial licensees of My Lovely require a custom build that is
tailored to their circumstances and needs. The typical customizations include setting the online source of images to be the website of a particular creative entity, remove
the ability to have local source of images and set appropriate labels in the About box, if necessary. If needed we are also able to add, remove or modify features depending on the particular
commercial licensee requirements. In addition to a customized build of the software, commercial licensees also receive a web-application which they install on their website and which
works in cooperation with the My Lovely slideshow allowing it to deliver images from their website in a secure and organized manner.

- Adjusting the online image source, removing the local image source and supplying the web-application is free of charge.
- Removing features is free of charge.

In respect to the license implementation and use, commercial users of My Lovely have the following options:
| Option 1 |
Non-embedded single license - a standard multi-user license permitting the use of the software by the required number
of users. This type of license is obtained from the MBBSoftware store and is automatically listed it in the "My Licenses" area of the commercial-license owner’s account on the MBBSofwtare
website. The commercial license owner gives the license identifier to their clients, together with the custom built software (if there is one). The latter uses the license identifier to
activate the software in the standard manner by entering it into the license identifier text field in the About box of My Lovely once they have installed it on their computer.

| Cons. | The license identifier is known to all clients of the commercial-license owner. However they may share it with other people, who can also share it with other people, or activate My Lovely on more than one computer using up the licensed users from the pool of available users. | Other | Should the commercial license owner desire, they can reissue the license identifier from their account on the MBBSofwtare website which will make all software installations activated with the old license identifier become unlicensed until they are reactivated using the new license identifier. |

Non-embedded unique end user license identifier license - a license which provides an individual and unique license
identifier for each licensed user. Each license identifier of this license will be listed in the "My Licenses" area of the commercial license owner’s account on the MBBSofwtare website
as if it was a standard single-user license. The commercial-license owner gives unused license identifiers to their clients, together with the custom built software (if there is one).
The latter uses the license identifier to activate the software in the standard manner by entering it into the license identifier text field in the About box of My Lovely after once they
have installed it on their computer. The end user can activate up to two installations of My Lovely with the given license identifier.
