A valid license is required in order to use the VAT Registration Number Validator software. Licenses can be purchased from the

Software Activation

To activate the VAT Registration Number Validator, supply a license identifier to the software via an application variable VATValidatorLicenseCode,
placed in the web.config of the application. The software activates itself automatically when it is started for first time with a new license identifier, taking one domain from the pool of
domains available to the particular license. If there are no free domains, the license is invalid, or there is no license identifier supplied at all, the VAT Registration Number Validator
will raise a LicenseException. If everything is fine, the licensing technology creates a signature associated with the domain using
the UserHostAddress of the domain/web application. To supply a license use the following example:

Software Deactivation

To dissociate a domain from a license, i.e. deactivate the software from a domain, login to your account and navigate to your licenses area.
There you can deactivate a license by first setting the confirmation check box of the license identifier and domain which you with to disassociate and then click the "Deactivate" button next to it. To deactivate
a license from all domains with which it is activated repeat the same process for each domain, or reissue the license in the same manner.
